Grab your journal and copy down the following:
Right now, I imagine myself stepping into a new reality where I am totally free of symptoms. My head feels clear, my body feels stable and I have a sense of security and confidence in every step. I feel so grateful for the healing journey I have been on and the wisdom I have gained.
I aim to recognise the progress I have made as I move through my days with ease. I am so happy that I can now participate in things that bring me joy. I feel totally present and grounded.
Now, spend the next 5-10 minutes scripting about how your day would look if you were totally recovered.
Try to only focus on the progress. Don't focus on the symptoms that remain. Once you have finished, let the details go and try not to feel disappointed you are not yet totally healed. Trust that as you take the time to feel and remain in higher emotional states, you are allowing your well-being to flow.
