Grab your journal and copy down the following:

I am so grateful for my body's natural ability to heal. Every day, my body is becoming stronger and more rejuvenated. I trust in the healing process and know that my body is working so hard to restore my balance and well-being. I envision myself feeling vibrant and healthy, able to do the things I love with ease and joy.

I release any limiting beliefs or negative thoughts that block my healing and welcome in a sense of peace and calm.

Now, spend the next 5-10 minutes scripting about how your day would look if you were totally recovered.

Remember to write as if it has already happened. Imagine yourself waking up in the morning with no symptoms. How would that feel emotionally? As you go about your day, you realise you're moving with such ease. You can do all the things you want and need to do, without fear of symptoms holding you back.

Once you have finished, let the details go and try not to feel disappointed you don't yet have this reality. Trust that as you take the time to feel and remain in higher emotional states, you are allowing your well-being to flow.
