Grab your journal and copy down the following:

Today, I choose to focus on feeling gratitude. I am so grateful for the healing that is already taking place within my body. My body is strong and capable, and I trust in its natural ability to heal. I release any thoughts or beliefs that do not serve my healing, and instead embrace positivity and hope.

Every day, I am feeling more and more vibrant and healthy, and my symptoms are decreasing. I see myself fully healed, feeling free and light in my body.

Now, spend the next 5-10 minutes scripting about how your day would look if you were totally recovered.

Remember to write as if it has already happened. Once you have finished, let the details go and try not to feel disappointed you don't yet have this reality. Trust that as you take the time to feel and remain in higher emotional states, you are allowing your well-being to flow.
