Welcome to this 7 day scripting challenge to allow well-being!
I am so excited you're here. This scripting practice is a really wonderful way to raise your vibration to become a match to your desire. For this challenge you will need a journal, preferably a new one that you can completely dedicate to scripting. You can even write at the front of your journal, "everything I write in this journal comes to me with ease".
During my chronic dizziness recovery journey, I utilised this practice often. Coupled with visualisation, I was able to reduce the symptoms, sometimes even make them completely disappear! Your brain is so much more powerful than you realise. I can't wait for you to start seeing improvements this week.
What to do:
Start by watching the welcome video. This will explain what scripting is, how it works and how it can benefit you. I will also give you a step by step guide on how to create your own daily scripting routine. After you watch this video, you can then begin with day 1 of the challenge!
