Grab your journal and copy down the following:

Today, I choose to believe that I am now in a new chapter of my life. I feel so confident and empowered knowing I have the tools and resources to take control of my health and well-being. As I look around my world today, I feel a sense of awe and wonder. I notice the delicate balance of nature and how everything works together in harmony. I recognise that my body is no different!

Every cell, every organ, every system is interconnected, working together to allow my well-being. I feel a renewed sense of energy flowing through me. I recognise and trust that my body is capable of healing. I just need to get out of the way and allow it to do so.

Now, spend the next 5-10 minutes scripting about how your day would look if you were totally recovered.

Try to only focus on the progress. Don't focus on the symptoms that remain. Once you have finished, let the details go and try not to feel disappointed you are not yet totally healed. Trust that as you take the time to feel and remain in higher emotional states, you are allowing your well-being to flow.
