My body is a remarkable creation, and I know it has the power to heal itself. Every day, I am becoming stronger and healthier. I trust in the healing process and welcome it with open arms. I see myself as already healed, feeling strong and vibrant. I release all fears and doubts about my well-being, and instead open myself up to infinite abundance and healing energy.

Now, spend the next 5-10 minutes scripting about how your day would look if you were totally recovered.

Write about the awe you feel for the recovery your body has gone through! Remember to write as if it has already happened.

Once you have finished, let the details go and try not to feel disappointed you don't yet have this reality. Trust that as you take the time to feel and remain in higher emotional states, you are allowing your well-being to flow.
