Welcome to Conscious Healing
Hi! I’m Megan, a Mind-Body Practitioner specialising in neuroplastic symptom recovery.
Helping you overcome chronic dizziness
A little about me…
A few years ago, I was living with chronic dizziness and anxiety that completely turned my life upside down. Like many people, I spent a long time searching for answers and worrying about what might be wrong with my body.
Everything changed when I began to understand the powerful role the brain and nervous system play in creating and maintaining symptoms. As I learned how to retrain my nervous system and shift my relationship with the symptoms, my health began to improve and I was able to return to living a full life again.
That journey inspired the work I do today. I am now a certified Mind-Body Syndrome Practitioner and am currently training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
I support people who are struggling with chronic symptoms such as dizziness, migraines, fatigue, anxiety, and other persistent health issues that often feel confusing and overwhelming.
If you’ve found your way here, please know that you’re not alone. There is a path forward, and recovery is possible.

You may have a diagnosis of one of the following:
PPPD (Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness)
MdDS (Mal de Débarquement Syndrome)

Chronic subjective dizziness
You have likely tried vestibular therapy, medications, chiropractic work, acupuncture, elimination diets, liver cleanses… the list goes on! But nothing has actually worked. You’re still dealing with chronic symptoms.
Let me help you finally create changes.
It doesn’t matter what your dizzy diagnosis is as long as you have medical clearance, you can recover with these methods.
My Approach
Overcome chronic dizziness through neuroplasticity, mindset + somatic work
My work combines my own lived experience of recovering from chronic dizziness and the knowledge and tools I’ve developed through training and working with clients.
At the heart of my approach is a deep understanding of how the brain and nervous system can create and maintain very real physical symptoms, even when the body itself is safe.
I draw from several evidence-based mind-body approaches, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), nervous system regulation, Polyvagal Theory, and parts work. Together, these approaches help us understand why symptoms can persist, how the brain learns to associate certain situations with danger, and most importantly, how we can begin retraining the nervous system toward safety again.
My aim is to help you shift your relationship with symptoms, reduce fear around what your body is doing, and gently retrain the brain’s protective patterns that keep symptoms going. We work on calming the nervous system, building a sense of internal safety, and gradually returning to the parts of life that may have started to feel restricted or difficult.

This option is designed for people who would like consistent support while working through their recovery.
Over the course of three months, we’ll work together to understand the patterns keeping your nervous system stuck in protection mode and begin retraining your brain and body toward safety.
During our sessions we’ll explore the beliefs, fears, and responses that may be maintaining symptoms, while practising tools such as somatic tracking, nervous system regulation, and other mind-body approaches that support lasting change.
You can choose between weekly sessions (12 sessions) or bi-weekly sessions (6 sessions) depending on the level of support you feel you need. Some people prefer the consistency of meeting each week, while others find a slightly slower pace helpful for integrating the work between sessions.
Both options include message support between sessions, so you’re able to ask questions, share wins, or get guidance when things feel challenging.
These containers have a minimum commitment of three months, allowing enough time for us to build momentum and create meaningful shifts in your recovery.

Do you find yourself asking…
“I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING, WHY HAVE MY SYMPTOMS NOT GONE AWAY?”
This is the MOST common question I get from people before we start working together.
So let’s break down what actually keeps symptoms around
Something physical happened.
Maybe it was a virus, an ear issue, an injury, a stressful event, or even burnout. This was the initial trigger that disrupted your balance system or overwhelmed your nervous system.
Your brain went into protection mode.
Totally normal. Your brain is wired to keep you safe, so it started scanning your body and environment more closely. It began watching for danger, holding tension, and amplifying any signals that felt “off.”
You started feeling more anxious, hyperaware, and confused.
Because the symptoms didn’t go away quickly, your brain began to associate certain movements, places, or even feelings with danger. Over time, you may have developed fear around your symptoms or what they “might mean.”
Your nervous system got stuck in a loop.
Even once the physical issue healed, your brain kept responding as if something was wrong. This is where the symptoms become learned and maintained by your subconscious/nervous system. Your brain is doing what it thinks it should: protecting you.
You’ve tried everything to fix the symptoms, but not the pattern.
Traditional treatments usually target the body, not the brain. So you end up doing more to try to get rid of the symptoms which accidentally reinforces the fear and focus… and keeps the loop going.
Here’s what I’ve learned…
You have so much more power than you think
You can create change.
Your brain is always trying to find balance
You must work WITH your body.
When you decide to go all in…
You see results.
