Creating safety within the body
Every single one of my clients has a certain level of fear within them when they come to me. In order to allow well-being to flow, we need to create safety in the body.
Mindset shifts
Once you feel more physically safe, we will begin uncovering limiting beliefs and thought patterns that are keeping you stuck. This is one of the most important steps for recovery. This will include a deep dive into your history, beliefs, common thought patterns and self talk.
Understanding
It is essential that you have a deep understanding of what is actually happening within your body. It is only through awareness that we can begin to create changes.
Creating your routine
We will begin to create your personalised recovery routine from the first session. I will be there to guide you and cheer you on through the entire process. We will update the routine each week as you consistently hit your un-failable goals!
