Grab your journal and copy down the following:
Today, it is my intention to look for things that feel good to me. Whether it is my comfy bed, my delicious food or the blue sky outside. Today, I will consciously shift my thoughts to ones that feel better. There are so many things I can appreciate about my current reality.
I am willing to see things from a new perspective. I am open to trusting that things are going to work out well for me. There is nothing to fear here.
Now, spend the next 5-10 minutes scripting about how your day would look if you were totally recovered.
Remember to write as if it has already happened. What would you be doing today? How would you feel emotionally? What kind of people would be around you? Write down everything in detail, until you start to feel your emotional state raise.
Once you have finished, let the details go and try not to feel disappointed you don't yet have this reality. Trust that as you take the time to feel and remain in higher emotional states, you are allowing your well-being to flow.
