Everyone has the ability to recover from chronic dizziness.
I used to believe that I would never recover because my symptoms were so severe, but I now know that this is not the case at all! Everyone has the ability to recover from chronic dizziness, no matter how intense the symptoms are or how long you have had them for. Your symptoms are being created by your brain, not a structural problem. This means that it’s entirely possible to reverse all of the symptoms and get you back to feeling steady. I am proof that you can recover, and I am here to help you help yourself. If one person can heal, then everyone can.
During the initial consultation we will discuss your history, symptoms, diagnosis and what you have tried so far to heal. We will then create a plan of action for your recovery! Throughout my own healing journey I found it invaluable to speak with someone who had been through what I was dealing with. I hope to achieve the same thing with you! Having been through it myself, I have learned so many excellent tools that contributed to my recovery which I would love to share with you.

How can I help?
I offer a 1-1 coaching package to help you create a personalised routine to recover from chronic dizziness. It’s important that you’re ready to commit to your recovery, which is why working together for at least a month is a great place to start.
Session Package
This includes 4 sessions, either weekly or bi weekly. Each session is designed to provide ongoing support and guidance as you progress on your journey towards healing.
Single session follow up
After your first month of coaching, you have the option to schedule individual follow-up sessions whenever you require them.

Learning about neural circuit dizziness, the symptoms it can create and how we can reverse it with neuroplasticity is the key factor in healing. When you finally know what’s going on, you can put it right.
Regulation Tools
Your symptoms, regardless of their origin, have continued because of the nervous system’s “danger” response. This means that in order to recover, we need to work on regulating the nervous system. Nervous system regulation tools such as somatic tracking and parasympathetic breathing were monumental in my healing journey, and I’m here to teach you how to optimise these tools.
Mindset & Belief System Shifts
I will guide you through techniques and practices to help you uncover your subconscious thought patterns and the resulting actions and beliefs. This is a very important step in recovery. If we are not aware of our mindset and beliefs, how can we change them? The tools you’ll learn will help you gradually shift the underlying belief system that is contributing to your symptoms.
