Welcome Call:
This is where we take a deep breath and finally make sense of what’s been happening. We’ll map out your symptom patterns, nervous system triggers, fear loops and recovery goals so you leave with clarity, direction and a plan forward.
PHASE 1: BUILDING SAFETY
Nervous System Regulation:
Learning how to help your brain and body feel safe again instead of stuck in survival mode.
Breaking The Symptom Loop:
Reducing fear, hyper-vigilance, body checking, symptom monitoring and panic around sensations.
Your Recovery Toolbox:
Simple tools and practices to calm the nervous system and start creating safety daily.
PHASE 2: REWIRING THE PATTERNS
Mindset + Belief Work:
We start uncovering the deeper patterns keeping your nervous system in survival mode including perfectionism, pressure, fear, self-criticism and chronic worry.
Self-Compassion + Emotional Safety:
You’ll learn how to respond to yourself and your symptoms differently so your brain no longer sees everyday life as dangerous.
Neuroplasticity + PRT-Informed Work:
This is where we begin creating new neural pathways through nervous system work, emotional processing, PRT-informed tools and neuroplasticity-based recovery practices.
PHASE 3: RETURNING TO NORMAL LIFE
Resuming Normal Life:
Together we begin reducing avoidance behaviours and rebuilding trust in your body so you can move, socialise, travel and live more freely again.
Confidence Around Symptoms:
You’ll learn how to navigate symptom flare-ups without spiralling, trust your body more deeply and stop needing to constantly “manage” yourself.

MEET YOUR MENTOR
A few years ago, I was where you might be right now. Living with chronic dizziness and anxiety that had completely taken over my life. I was constantly searching for answers, analysing every symptom, and worrying that something serious was being missed.
What I didn’t have at the time was an understanding of how powerfully the brain and nervous system can create and maintain symptoms. Once I learned how to rewire my brain and shift my relationship with the symptoms, my life started to change and I was able to return to normal life again.
My 1-1 program is the process I built from that work. It's the approach I wish I'd had five years earlier. Now I get to give it to those who are ready to retrain their nervous system, break the symptom cycle, and return to living a full life.

You may request a refund if we have not yet started our coaching sessions. Once we have started, no refunds will be given. If you do not wish to continue coaching you will be able to cancel the following month.
