Does this sound like you?
- You're dealing with ongoing dizziness that doctors can't fully explain. You may have a diagnosis of PPPD, MdDS or Vestibular Migraine
- Your symptoms come and go or you have good days & bad days. There's no real pattern
- You've tried multiple conventional therapies (chiropractor, VRT, medication etc) but nothing has truly helped long term
- You find yourself constantly thinking about your symptoms, trying to figure them out
- Your symptoms seem to get worse with stress
- You're avoiding everyday things like busy shops, driving or socialising due to symptoms
Why nothing has worked so far
You’ve done everything you were told. The vestibular exercises, the supplements, the scans, the rest, the waiting. You’ve been patient, you’ve followed the advice, and you’re still here.
Most of what you’ve tried focuses on the body. But if your brain is still on high alert, it keeps sending the same danger signals, no matter how many exercises you do. You’re not beyond recovery. You just haven’t been shown the missing piece.
Your life right now
- You plan your day around how you feel
- You say no to plans, or go and spend the whole time on edge
- You’re constantly checking in with your body, waiting for the symptoms to flare up
- You’ve stopped doing things you used to love
- You miss the person you were before this started
What you really want
- To wake up without immediately checking how you feel
- To say yes to plans without planning how to leave early
- To fully trust your body again
- To get back to the things that you enjoy
- To feel present with your friends and family
- To feel steady and confident in your life
That’s exactly what we work on. And it starts with understanding what’s really going on.
Your brain isn't broken. It's overprotective.
Neuroplastic symptoms are real, physical symptoms created by the brain rather than by ongoing damage in the body. Your brain's job is to protect you, and when it senses danger, it can produce symptoms like dizziness, rocking or unsteadiness as a warning signal.
It often starts with a genuine trigger: a virus, a vestibular episode, a migraine or a period of intense stress. Your body recovers, but your brain keeps the alarm switched on. You may then start to monitor them, worry about them and avoid anything that might set them off. To your brain, all of that is proof the danger is still there. That's how the loop forms, and why symptoms can become chronic even when your tests keep coming back clear.
The good news? Your brain can learn something new! With the right education, practices and support, you can teach your nervous system that you're safe again, so you can stop managing symptoms and start living.
Everything you need, in one place
The Alignment Lounge is a supportive community for people dealing with chronic dizziness. Inside, you’ll learn exactly why nothing has helped long term, what your individual nervous system needs in order to let go of these symptoms, and the tools to help you get there.
And if you’d love a clear, step-by-step path to follow, that’s exactly what the “Retrain Your Brain” program is for. Sometimes knowing what to do next makes all the difference, and you can upgrade at any time, right inside the same community.

Real stories from our community
What members of The Alignment Lounge and Retrain Your Brain have shared along the way.
I know I've said it before, but I REALLY LOVE THE PROGRAM. Now when I go through a dip, I get out of it so easily. Like my symptoms now are really really mild and if I have a dip, it doesn't bother me at all. Thank you really for this❤️❤️❤️
Your program is wonderful and it really helped me, and continues to help me. I think in a totally new way about my health and myself, and have incorporated so many of your lessons into my daily life. One stands out. You wrote about how there is a continuously flowing river of wellbeing coming toward me, and I don't need to seek it -- it will always come to me. I use this in a breathing exercise every morning.
Dear Megan, I wanted to express my gratitude towards you & your online program. It's the best thing i did for myself this past year. You were so right when you said i deserve this healing path. I learned so much from you and from the lovely community.
I wanted to share with you my experience in your community. I only needed one month to heal from my dizziness with which I was struggling since May 2024. This morning I was strolling in the countryside and thinking how things always change. One year ago I was at my worst, in despair, and now I can walk freely. This is to thank you for being so inspiring ❤️🌸
Hi Megan, writing to say cannot thank you enough for all the tools, mindset reframes and reassurance you have given me. Last few days due to the Indo-Pak tensions, I saw physical anxiety return and few symptoms show up. I did somatic tracking yesterday and felt better. I also travel tomorrow and now that I know I can live my life with mini-disruptions with confidence, I came here to thank you. Ever so grateful to you Megan.
Starting to see the brighter, more positive side of things 😊 It's getting easier to talk myself through the scary moments.
This was incredible! I could have asked every question myself! Really resonated with me on all aspects. Love love love the guided meditation after! 🙌🏻
Visualisation meditation was 10/10 it made me feel emotions I even forget existed. Wow!
My fear has greatly diminished, allowing me to better "live with" my symptoms. I especially noticed the improvement at work.
I returned to work after 4 months yesterday and managed 3 hours without symptoms. I felt emotional but very positive. 3 months ago I thought I would never improve enough to work again.
I'm slowly going through the modules because they're packed with so much goodness. I like to implement them in daily life before moving on to the next. Helping tremendously!
I am back on doing sun salutation yoga every morning. More physical movement that I was avoiding. 😌
Thank you. Just a random post for no reason other than to say thank you Megan. You have been a vital piece in my recovery journey and you're making a difference in this world.
For the first time in 1.5 years since the dizziness started, I had a day earlier this week where I had lots of moments without any symptoms and whenever I did start to feel any sensations… I just breathed through them, reassured myself of what’s going on, took my attention off of them and they passed 😊
I managed to go shopping and have lunch with my daughter as well as help her pack for holiday with only a little dizziness.
Was a passenger in the car for 8 hours, normally I feel terrible and would need to sleep/close my eyes for most of the ride. But I only slept about 10 minutes for the whole drive. My energy levels have been so good☺️
I’m back to walking 2 miles a day, cooking, going out to Farmers’s market and grocery stores after a scary flare up that left me in bed for 3 weeks.... I still have sensations but I’m really learning to feel them and not fear them this time around. And not just fear of the sensations, but letting go of a lot of what if scenarios going on in my head. 🩵
Megan! You have helped me recover so much. I am going back to places where I was so dizzy and now enjoying feeling fine. And I stand there close my eyes for a sec and give so much gratitude <3
Yesterday I ate at a restaurant. Full blown, ordered, sat in a booth and ate. For some reason, sitting in restaurants isn't something I tend to enjoy because of my symptoms. I'm a big order out kinda person lol. But yesterday, I did it! 🎉
Excellent excellent excellent course! I would recommend this to anyone! I’ve taken lots of different classes and this one doesn’t compare!!
I have taken many courses over the years but this one hit differently. It’s so nice to learn from someone who actually went through what we are all dealing with and came out the other side better then ever. This course was eye opening and it made me realize how much work I still have to do. And a lot of it being around my fear and always needing that reassurance. This whole time I was searching outwards for healing instead of trusting that it is all inside of me.
I love your community and the things you offer. I truly feel like you have made it easier on us dealing with dizziness, more so than other vestibular coaches. I know deep in my heart, in my soul, that this is just a season and when I'm having a hard day I look back on your page and some of the posts on our community page and it truly gives me the strength to know I will be ok.
Hi Megan. Just came here to say thank you. I’ve been having better days/less intense sensations and I’m a week away from my period so today I woke up so dizzy like having to hold onto something and I handled it like a pro. I didn’t get myself all worked up, I said “we’ve been here before. It will pass.” So I lay down, didn’t beat myself up over it, didn't freak out like I used to, felt all the feelings, did my breathing and started to feel better!!
I started the modules in the program. WOW! You described me perfectly and that explains the health anxiety and insecurities.
Hi Megan, I’ve sort of been doing this the last week or so. I’m incorporating lots of Abraham (Hicks) stuff - it’s so working plus other appreciation, gratitude type work. Such a good combination to do with your course. Thank you 💕
“Dealing with setbacks” is just what I needed today! It's been a rough couple days with a "flare up" and there were some really helpful things in the module! Thank you Megan!!
Megan, THANK YOU. With your help I’ve done things in the last month I thought I would never do again. Because my fear is 10% of what it was for 2.5 years straight. I’m positive the sensations will in time start to go. I actually feel so much hope and I had forgotten what it feels like. I think I’ll be able to do this. ❤️
Lately I feel like I have days without symptoms and this never happened to me before. I’m working on my website, walking the dog and doing lots of stuff that I didn’t want to do before because of symptoms. This is a huge progress for me and I’m so grateful to life and to Megan because if I wasn’t in this program this never would’ve happened. Before I felt dizzy even in my sleep I literally had dreams where I was dizzy and now I have days without symptoms. Yes I have weird small unnoticeable dips but I like to still call the day - “day with no symptoms”.
Hi Megan. Good morning. I am super super impressed! Honestly. You are so genuine and the content is articulate, well evidenced yet easy to understand. The panic meditation feels like you are truly in the room. You are so sincere Megan. I wish I’d done this sooner. I achieved something big today and have just posted in the chat. The chat has such a peaceful and safe vibe too.

Hi, I’m Megan. I recovered using the same process I’m about to give you.
Back in 2020, I was where you might be right now. Living with chronic dizziness and anxiety that had completely taken over my life. I was constantly searching for answers, analysing every symptom, and worrying that something serious was being missed.
What I didn’t have at the time was an understanding of how powerfully the brain and nervous system can create and maintain symptoms. Once I learned how to rewire my brain and shift my relationship with the symptoms, my life started to change and I was able to return to normal life again.
Retrain Your Brain is the exact process I used, and the Lounge is the support I wish I'd had.
What happens if you keep guessing?
Right now, you might be having some better days but they’re not consistent. You can’t repeat what’s helping because you’re not sure what’s actually working. So you keep trying different things, hoping something will stick. That’s not a clear path to recovery.
Without the right support
- ✗Constantly thinking about your symptoms and trying to figure them out
- ✗Trying different treatments, exercises, or advice, but nothing really sticks
- ✗Good days followed by bad days… with no clear reason why
- ✗Second guessing what to do when symptoms show up
- ✗Feeling alone, like the people around you don’t really understand
- ✗Feeling stuck in the same cycle, even though you’re trying your best
- ✗Watching others recover and wondering what you’re missing
With The Alignment Lounge
- ✦You understand what’s happening in your body and why
- ✦You know exactly how to respond when symptoms show up
- ✦Your symptoms feel less intense, less scary, and more manageable
- ✦You stop overthinking and start trusting your body again
- ✦You’re surrounded by people who truly get it, cheering you on
- ✦You feel more consistent, more in control, and less stuck
- ✦You begin returning to your normal life with confidence
- ✦Most importantly, you start to feel like yourself again
FAQ
Are The Alignment Lounge and Retrain Your Brain two separate things?
They're two tiers of the same community. The Alignment Lounge is the membership. Retrain Your Brain is the program that unlocks inside it. Same community, same login, same people.
Do I need to join both?
No. Choose one. Retrain Your Brain already includes everything in the Lounge.
Where is everything hosted?
On Skool, inside my online recovery community. You can use it on the Skool app or in your web browser.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans have no minimum commitment. If you joined at a promotional rate, you won't be able to rejoin at that rate later.
Do I get 1:1 time with you?
1:1 sessions aren't included, but you can reach me through the community forum and the live workshops. For personal support, take a look at 1:1 coaching.
Do I need a diagnosis? Does this replace medical care?
You don't need a formal diagnosis, but it's important to have had medical testing or clearance first. This is educational and coaching-based support, designed to work alongside your medical care, not replace it.
Can I start with the Lounge and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you feel ready, and the program unlocks inside the community you're already in.
How long until I see results?
Everyone is different. Some people notice shifts within weeks, others take months. Early changes often show up as feeling calmer, sleeping better or panicking less. Your timeline is shaped by your willingness to shift patterns, choosing safety over avoidance, how much fear is attached to your symptoms, and how kind you are to yourself along the way.
Are refunds an option?
Because all program content is available immediately, there are no refunds. Results aren't guaranteed, as recovery depends on the work you put in.
Ready to stop guessing?
