Across 7 phases, you’ll be guided from confusion and fear to clarity, confidence, and full return to normal life.
In the early stages, you’ll gain a deep understanding of your symptoms: why they started, why they’ve persisted, and how the symptom loop is being reinforced. This removes uncertainty and begins to reduce fear.
From there, the focus shifts to creating safety in the body. You’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, stabilise symptoms, and break patterns like hyper-vigilance, anticipatory anxiety, and maladaptive coping behaviours. You’ll begin to respond in a way that reduces fear rather than fuels it, using tools like somatic tracking, nervous system regulation, and new behavioural patterns that retrain the brain.
A key part of recovery is the inner shift. Changing how you think about your symptoms, yourself, and your recovery. This includes reducing anxiety, building self-compassion, addressing underlying emotional patterns, and breaking the belief-symptom cycle.
You’ll then learn how to actively break the symptom loop in real time, by understanding triggers, responding differently to setbacks, and reinforcing safety through neuroplasticity.
Once you feel ready to explore the “energetics of recovery”, you’ll learn how to shift your focus, emotional state, and identity so you’re no longer reinforcing the symptom cycle.
