This phase dives into the subconscious patterns, belief systems, and emotional undercurrents that keep symptoms stuck. You’ll explore manifestation, identity work, and the unseen forces that impact your healing more than you might realize.
PHASE SIX:
The final phase is all about anchoring into trust — in your body, in your brain, and in your future. Here, you’ll learn how to build long-term resilience, deepen your new identity, and future-proof your brain so that healing becomes your new default. We’ll talk maintenance, mindset, and how to stay well for life.
