We’ll cover breath-work and somatic tracking in a clear, practical way, including when to use each one and when not to. Module 3: Breaking the Fear-Symptom Loop
Here, we explore the powerful connection between thoughts, emotions, and symptoms. You’ll learn how to recognise unhelpful patterns and shift them. We’ll look at what happens when attention becomes locked onto symptoms, why this keeps the loop going, and how avoidance behaviours can unknowingly reinforce dizziness, along with simple ways to start re-engaging with life again.
Module 4: Rebuilding Trust & Moving Forward
This module is about building trust in your body, cultivating acceptance of symptoms and setting clear intentions for recovery. We’ll also focus on learning how to feel the fear and do it anyway, gradually rebuilding confidence, resilience, and a sense of normality in your daily life.
